Lovejoy HQ is a hub for creativity and progress. Digital displays and wall murals are installed throughout to energize and engage Converse employees, building awareness of key moments through visual storytelling.
Challenge
Provide print, digital, and motion graphics designs for a variety of internal communications and storytelling moments as they occur throughout each quarter, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Concept
A mix of original and applied external brand campaign concepts. I use Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects to create a variety of designs and motion graphics that represent the Converse design ethos and employee narrative. These visual communications encompass heritage months led by employee networks, All Star events, and Social, Community & Impact initiatives. Additionally I support North America External Comms with employee discount promotions, as well as the HQ Experience team with graphics around the building.
