The Women of Converse (employee network) partnered with the Women of Nike to launch their internal campaign, “Power & Purpose: Women’s Stories Change the World. Celebrating Women Who Share Their Stories”, inspiring dialogue and storytelling between colleagues throughout the month of March.
Challenge
The network needed an original visual identity to bring together key moments throughout the month and amplify the message of “Power and Purpose” while also highlighting five employees whose custom Converse Chuck designs reflected personal stories, purpose, and ambitions.
Concept
The abstract interpretation of “power” is inspired by the avant-garde. The expressive background is accompanied by a stylized representation of women, along with glowing strokes and electrifying motion for digital designs. I applied this visual identity to a large-scale wall mural, digital assets and displays, and employee spotlights.
